I the undersigned make this request to my wife Patsey Allen and all of my children and hope they will be governed by said request that 1st all my property be kept together on the premises where I now live and leave the said property in the use of my son S.G. Allen & Samuel P. Allen and further request that my wife and my daughter--J.M. Brantley be supported from the labor of my negro now living and the property that I shall leave at my death and at the death of my wife Patsey Allen. I give to my son Samuel P. Allen my negro man Lewis & one bed & clothing and wish the balance of my children to devide the balance of my little estate between them all except one small table I wish J. M. Brantley to have.

   The last will & testament of Charles Allen late of this county deceased is produced for probate and the execution thereby proved. Then John G. Wrae being sworn says he was acquainted with said Charles Allen, that he is dead, that he is acquainted with the hand writing of said Charles Allen, has seen him write and from his knowledge of his hand writing he believes the said signature to said will to be proper hand writing of said Charles Allen. Sandford G. Allen being sworn says he was acquainted with the said Charles Allen, that he is dead and that he was well acquainted with his hand write and has seen him write and from his knowledge of his hand writing he believes the signature to the said will to be in proper hand with the said Charles Allen, that he does not recollect that the said Charles Allen signed said will in ___  ___  ____that the body of the will is his own hand write and said will was found among the valuable papers of said Charles Allen deceased. Ordered that said will be admitted to record as the last will & testament of said Charles Allen, deceased and therefore Sandford G. Allen having made affadavit to this court that he may be admitted to administer upon the estate of said Charles Allen with his last will & testament ____ having given bond of six hundred dollars condition as the law directs with Henry W. Mayberry and Jessie Z. Wrae his surities and having been duly sworn ordered that letters of administration with said last will & teatament issue accordingly.
