Of the 5 pages which has Waters information written on them- all-100% of it is written in the margins or on a blank sheet of paper. I do not believe this record on the Waters to be true. There are several different bible records and these seem to be loose papers. Note above that Mary Waters is written in the top margin and only Mary on the bottom margin. It certainly does not link Col. Thomas Waters with this family.
